We were able to secure immediate financing so the Sponsor could secure an opportunity to purchase another investment property. The closing took place within 21 days of lender inspection. The sponsor received a 30 year amortized loan with 10 years of interest only payments at an interest rate of 9.25%. This was a CRE Non-QM transaction, no tax returns were required.
